This canvas painting portrays our Lady of Sorrows, whose feast is September 15.
The picture focuses on our Virgin Mother's solemn face as she weeps. Mary stares off as the tears fall from her eyes. In the background, thorns rise behind her adding the feeling of pain and suffering theme to the painting. The was done on an approximatly 16x12 stretched canvas. Signed by me, It was done in acrylic and dry watercolors.
